
Ingredients A :
- 400 g High Protein Flour
- 100 g Medium Protein Flour
- 75 g Granulated Sugar
- 25 g Milk Powder
- 9 g Instant Yeast
- 8 g Salt
Ingredients B :
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 120g Liquid Milk
- +- 110ml Cold Water
Ingredients C :
- 50 g PALMVITA® Margarine
- 25 g PALMVITA® Butter Oil Substitute
Filling :
- 500 g Strawberry Jam
Caramel :
- 500 g Granulated Sugar
- Enough water
1 kg PALMVITA® Deep Frying Fat for frying
Instructions :
- Mix ingredients A for 1-2 minutes until combined.
- Add ingredients B. Mix until the dough is ¾ smooth.
- Add ingredients C. Mix again until the dough is perfectly smooth.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes, then portion the dough into 40g pieces.
- Roll the dough into balls, then let them rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Take one piece of dough, flatten it with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1 cm. Place the dough on a tray that has been dusted with flour.
- Let the dough rise for 40-45 minutes.
- Fry using PALMVITA® Deep Frying Fat for a drier, aromatic, and crispier donut result. Drain on a cooling rack.
- Prepare the caramel, then coat one side of the donut with caramel. Once the caramel is set, fill the donut with strawberry jam.
